My narrative was well received and UWC solicited my approval for its publication. I tutor Business Lit and English for Dev. I develop students’ basic academic skills enabling them to pursue individual academic interests.

I have a good understanding of language and analysing the themes of novels, poems or plays. I was quite involved in my school's English department in terms of essay writing and speeches. A number of my essays were published in the school magazine.
I received an A for Matric English but perhaps more importantly, I loved it. Studying English means we can delve into stories and poetry whilst at the same time developing critical thinking skills, certainly a great combination.
English was one of my strongest subjects in High School, this can be attributed to the fact that I am an avid reader and enjoy writing. I believe that I'd be able to tutor up until Grade 12 because I have a strong comprehension of the subject.
